This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from (the “Site”). Jade’Spa takes the issue of security and privacy seriously. We respect our visitors right to both their privacy and security of their data. To that end, we collect and use information throughout our website only as disclosed below.


When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information" or rather, Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

  • “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

  • “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.

When you make a purchase through the Online Store or Book Online, we ask for your name, address, phone number, email address and other personal information necessary to complete a transaction. For purposes of billing, you will need to provide your credit card type, number, expiration date and billing address for the card. We refer to this information as “Booking Information”.

The email address and phone number you provide us may be used to contact you directly regarding a schedule change or to provide you with a receipt of purchase.

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Booking Information.


We use the Booking Information that we collect generally to fulfill booking an appointment with our spa through the Site. This includes processing your payment information, booking you in for a service, and providing you with booking confirmations. Additionally, we use this Booking Information to:

  • Communicate with you;

  • Screen our bookings for potential risk or fraud; and

  • When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, we may provide you with information or advertising relating to our services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your anonymized IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We use Google Analytics, which is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our website. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

  • You can opt-out of having your activity on the website made available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on ( for your web browser. The Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on provides visitors with the ability to prevent their data from being collected and used by Google Analytics. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity. We do not rent, sell or exchange your name or other personally-identifiable information to third-party companies for any purposes. Under no circumstances will your personal information be disclosed to any third party unless we seek your express consent or are required to do so by law.

We use a Facebook Pixel which is a code that is placed on our Site. It is used to help track conversions from our Facebook advertising, optimize ads based on collected data, build targeted audiences for future ads, and remarket to you once you have visited our Site. We use your Personal Information (Device and Cookie data) to utilize Interest Based targeting categories to serve ads that we believe may be of interest to you. Additionally, the Facebook Pixel enables us to use your Personal Information to create what is known as Lookalike Audiences on the advertising platform to find new customers who may resemble you in terms of your Personal Information and online behaviour. We may also use your Personal Information to remarket to you through Display advertising that may be of interest to you, but only with your explicit consent first.
